“Young Scholar Best Paper Awards” Sponsored by Springer About the Award: The Young Scholar Best Paper Awards is established to encourage and recognize quality contributions to academic research and writing among young scholars who present papers at the APERA-HKERA Conference 2014. Prizes: HK$2,000 Book Voucher per winning paper Number of Awarded Paper: 2 Eligibility: Candidates who are less than 5 years academic expertise after Ph.D. Submitted papers must be accepted for paper/ poster/ workshop/ symposium presentation at the APERA Conference 2014. Candidates who fail to present their papers at the Conference will be automatically disqualified. The paper should make a significant contribution to the theme of our conference ‘Managing Global Changes and Education Reforms: Asia and Pacific Responses’, and should be well written. The paper must be received by the deadline specified by the conference organizer. If the paper is written by more than one author, the contribution of the young scholar (candidate) should more than 50%. Awardee Notification: The Young Scholar Best Paper Awards will be presented at the Closing Ceremony on 21 Nov 2014. |
