Conveniently located in the heart of Shatin, the Royal Park Hotel is a spacious and modern destination for leisure and business travelers alike. With the adjacent MTR Shatin station, the Hotel is only 25 minutes from China by rail and 45 minutes from the Hong Kong International Airport. The Hotel is connected with Shatin New Town Plaza, a lively shopping and entertainment venue of 2 million square feet with over 400 shops. Next door is Shatin Town Hall which offers a wide variety of cultural activities including concerts and live performance and close by is the Shing Mun River and the welcome greenery of Shatin Central Park. From Royal Park Hotel to HKIEd

The Royal Park hotel is five-minute walk to the Shatin MTR Station. The participants are recommended to take MTR train to the University MTR station, take the MTR station Exit B, then change to the conference shuttle bus, or take taxi to the HKIEd (approx. HKD$ 90). Or take taxi from the hotel to the HKIEd (approx. HKD$ 120).

During the conference period, complimentary shuttle bus service will be provided to conference participants, exhibitors and guests between the Royal Park Hotel and the conference venue. The shuttle bus schedule will be announced later.

The participants also can take MTR train to the Tai Po Market MTR Station, then take the KMB bus Service, Route No. 74K (HKD$ 4.7) to HKIEd, or a taxi (approx. HKD$ 40).
