First round
- Each school/organisation may submit up to 10 Dr Small Ts and 3 Dr Big Ts (Not applicable to the Open category)
- Participants from all categories upload entry photos

Online vote
- Online voting for the “My favourite Dr Small T/Big T Online Vote Award”, with 3 winners from each category
|
|
Second round
The judging panel, consisting of executive committees of the Hong Kong Society for Education in Art and HKIEd teaching fellow, will select 30 Dr Small Ts and 30 Dr Big Ts from each category for the final round
|
|
Final round
- Finalists submit actual works for adjudication
- Adjudicators will select the champion, first and second-runners up and 5 honourable mentions from each category
