Enrolment
- Each school/organisation may submit up to 10 Dr Small Ts and 3 Dr Big Ts.
- For information on donations and/or the enrolment fee, please refer to the enrolment form.
- The completed enrolment form together with a crossed cheque payable to “The Hong Kong Institute of Education” must be sent to the Alumni Affairs and Development Office, HKIEd, 10 Lo Ping Road, Tai Po, on or before 15 November 2013. Please write “To Teachers with Love – Dr T Design Competition” on the envelope.
- In December 2013, HKIEd will inform all participating schools and open category participants by mail/email of the arrangements for collecting Dr Ts. Details of the arrangements will be announced later.
Notes to Participants
- Participants can use different colours and materials (e.g. acrylic) to create their designs on Dr T.
- The design must not disclose the identity of the participants or the related school or organisation, including names and logos.
- Finalists must submit the actual work to HKIEd. Non-compliance will result in disqualification.
- Participants can only receive one prize in each category, except for the “My Favourite Dr Small T/Big T Online Vote Award”.
- Participants are responsible for the delivery of the works to and collection of works from HKIEd. HKIEd will not be liable for any damage to the works.
Terms and Conditions
- All entries must be original designs that are not in breach of any third party’s rights (including copyright) and have never been publicly displayed or previously submitted to other competitions. If the entry is found to be in breach of commercial or non-commercial copyright, the participant will be disqualified. HKIEd will not be liable for any copyright infringements arising from entries.
- The adjudicators’ decision will be final and not subject to revision.
- Participants agree to authorise HKIEd to use and display the entries for publicity, publication and exhibition purposes. The entries will be returned after the completion of the campaign.
- HKIEd reserves the right to final amendment and the interpretation of any information given in this website.
