Paper presentation, case sharing and symposium will be held in the parallel sessions while poster presentations will be exhibited during the Conference.

1. Paper Presentations
Three paper presentations per each parallel session, 20 minutes will be allocated for each paper.
A 20-minute Q&A session will be held at the end of each parallel session.
The presenters are welcome to prepare notes / handouts for their individual presentations if necessary.
   
2. Case Sharing
Each parallel session has 1 case sharing with 80 minutes.
The chair person in each session shall be responsible for making sure the presentations run smoothly within the given time frame.

3. Symposium
Each parallel session has 1 presentation with 80 minutes.
The chair person in each session shall be responsible for making sure the presentations run smoothly within the given time frame.
The presenters are welcome to prepare notes / handouts for their individual presentations if necessary.
   
4. Poster Presentations
The posters will be displayed during the Conference period.
Size: 70cm (Width) x 100 cm (Height) including the board frame, the actual size for posting is 68cm (Width) x 98 cm (Height).
The boards have suede cover, the Organizer will offer magic tapes for the posters. To protect the boards, please do not use staple or glue on the boards.
 
Presenters must set up their displays one hour prior to the start of the "Poster Session".
The presenters are welcome to prepare notes / handouts for their individual presentations if necessary.

PC with Windows XP Professional, equipped with Microsoft Office 2003
Internet (wireless Internet access network will NOT be provided)
USB Connection
CD-ROM driver
LCD Projector
Overhead Projector

 

Please check the AV equipment at the venue of your presentation 10 minutes prior to your session or during breaks. To review or modify your presentation files on site, you are strongly advised to load software, double-check your files and the equipment you will be using prior to your session.
 
On-the-spot downloading is NOT encouraged to minimize the disturbance to other presenters.
