Introduction

The President’s Award for Outstanding Performance is established to give due recognition and encouragement to staff members, on both an individual and a team basis, who have demonstrated outstanding performance/achievements in each of the three main domains of teaching, research and administrative services, so as to underscore the Institute’s commitment to a performance-driven culture.

Awards will be given to individual staff members and to teams at the institution level.  It is generally expected that there may be up to six individual awardees and two team awards for each category every year.
