Participating in the AIA Quest for the Champion Communicator 2005

Another exemplary person they met was Nicole Campbell, their group co-ordinator, who acted as a guide throughout their trip. Nicole is a dedicated educator and Dickei and Chi-man described her as a person with "a halo". "Nicole enjoys teaching so much that she cannot hold back sharing her rich experience with us. On one occasion, she showed her appreciation for the assistance of a student with a little gift. The same student, after receiving help from Nicole, reciprocated by offering her a little present. We were amazed at the role modelling effect that a teacher can have on students."

Dickei and Chi-man have told us how they matured on their paths to becoming excellent teachers. Another piece of excellent news is that, just shortly before her graduation, Dickei heard that she had been recruited by the St Paul's Co-Educational Primary School.

Dickei Kwan and Au Chi-man are Year 4 and Year 3 students of Bachelor of Education (Primary) Programme, majoring in English and Chinese Languages respectively.
