A Study of the Effectiveness of Cooperative Learning Assisted by Computer in Chinese Language

Communication is an essential component for learning languages. Its function could be maximized through "Cooperative Learning" of students. This case study aims to provide an analysis of the effectiveness of computer-aided "Cooperative Learning" in enhancing students' interest towards Chinese Language and improving students' comprehension skills. The study is conducted with qualitative analysis of data collected from three primary six girls. The result shows the students have increased their interest in learning Chinese and have gained deeper understanding of the textbook content.
