In the New Testament Matthew Chapter 20 v.1-16, the parable of the workers in the vineyard, the workers expected to be paid according to how long they had worked. However, the landowner paid them on his own will and according to his generosity. This is the economics of the Kingdom of Heaven. All about grace and gifts instead of trade.
