Summary:

According to 《James》Chapter 1 verses 2 to 8, trials and tests in life lead us to the virtue of patience, and ultimately to maturity. Without these trials and tests, life will come to a standstill. Just like a person who does not work hard on the basic practice cannot play a complete piece of music. The writer of 《James》believed that God grants us “wisdom” to cope with trials and tests in our lives.
