Does Town Centre open on Sunday or Public Holidays?
  The opening hours of Town Centre are:
Mon-Fri¡@¡@:¡@8:30am -10:00pm
Sat¡@¡@¡@¡@:¡@8:30am - 6:00pm
Sun & PH¡@:¡@Closed

I am a student but I do not have any classes at Town Centre for this semester. Can I apply for a student locker at Town Centre?
  Due to limited student lockers available, only students having classes at Town Centre is eligible to apply for student lockers.

Can I submit my assignment to lecturers at Tai Po Campus via Town Centre?
  Yes, you are welcome to submit your assignments at the reception counter and Town Centre Office will help you to send them to Tai Po.

 
4. Can I book the computer rooms for study purpose?
  No booking is needed. The computer room (Rm 251) is available for study purpose when there is no class conducted in the room.
   
5. Can I book the meeting room for study purpose?
  The meeting room at the Town Centre is for office use. Two discussion rooms at the Town Centre Library are available for students by reservation. Please contact the Town Centre Library at 2190 8521 or visit the webpage of the Library www.lib.ied.edu.hk for details.
   
6. How can I contact the office of ITS or Library at Town Centre?
  You may contact the office of ITS (Rm 215) at 2190 8581 and the Town Centre Library (Rm 252) at 2190 8521.

How can I forward my comments regarding air¡Vconditioning, defects, and cleanliness of classrooms / washrooms / common area, etc?
  There are several ways to forward your comments to the Town Centre Office:
1. contact the Town Centre Office (Rm 201) at 2190 8501
2. approach the reception counter near the main entrance
3. write down your comments and put it into the suggestion box at the reception counter
4. send email to the Town Centre Office via tcenquiry@ied.edu.hk
   
8. Can I eat and drink in the classrooms?
  To maintain the cleanliness of classrooms, eating and drinking are not allowed inside classrooms.
   
9. Are there any restaurants / cafˆm in Town Centre at the Long Beach?
  There is no restaurant / cafˆm in Town Centre at the Long Beach. However, many restaurants are operating in nearby shopping mall - Olympian City and / or in Tai Kok Tsui. Please refer to the list of restaurants / cafˆm for details.
   
10. I am a student of HKIEd, can I park my car at Town Centre?
  Public parking spaces are available at the Long Beach . To enjoy a discounted fee of $12 per hour during opening hours of the Town Centre, students have to show their student ID card and stamp the parking ticket at the Town Centre Office Reception Counter before making payment at the Shroff.
