* Thank you very much for participating in this online survey regarding your study experiences in transnational higher education programs. It may take you merely 10 minutes to complete, however, you are most welcome to provide additional information as detailed as possible.

* This survey is part of a policy research project aimed to compare the developments of transnational higher education in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Mainland China. Professor MOK Ka Ho, Associate Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute of Education cum Dean of the Faculty of Arts & Sciences, is the principal investigator of this project (HKIEd 7005-PPR-6, Research Grants Council, HKSAR Government).

* "Transnational higher education programs", in this context, refers to programs offered by any institution of higher education in a region other than its host country, be it a distance-learning or joint/twinning/top-up program offered through collaboration between the local and overseas institutions, or a program offered directly by branch campus of an overseas institution.

* Subsequent analysis of this survey will serve the academic purpose independently, while we also intend to contribute to a better policy prospect by informing the stakeholders concerned.

* Please be assured that your personal data will be treated strictly confidential. While we may share the overall result of analysis with the authorities of your institution, your personal inputs (either your background information or your specific answers) will by no means be revealed to any third party.
