Dr. LAI Kwok Chan, Head of Planning & Academic Implementation of the Hong Kong Institute of Education. He is the Principal Investigator of a project on small class teaching and the co-editor of “Policy and Practice in Small Class Teaching: A Collection of Perspectives and Experiences”. His research interests are in the areas of the demand and supply of teachers, the attractiveness of teaching profession and educational policies.
