	Dr. Soomyung JANG, Head of Research Team of Educational Finance and Economy at Korean Educational Development Institute in South Korea, received his M.A. and Ph.D from the Michigan State University. His research interests are in the areas of Public Policy and Economics of Education, with a recent paper publication on “Economic and Financial Analysis of Class Size”.
