	Professor CHANG Ching Bin, Associate Professor of Chungtai Institute of Health Sciences and Technology, was former Head of The Institute for Secondary School Teachers in Taiwan. He holds a doctorate from the National Chengchi University in Taiwan and is the author of numerous publications on school administration, with a recent book entitled “Education Reforms in School: Curriculum and Teaching”.
