Here is the latest Tropical Cyclone Bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. (at 18:45 HKT 22/Oct/2010)

The Standby Signal, No. 1 is in force.

At 7 p.m., Typhoon Megi was estimated to be about 440 kilometres east of Hong Kong (near 22.1 degrees north 118.4 degrees east) and is forecast to move north at about 12 kilometres per hour gradually edging closer to the coast of Fujian.

As Megi continues to weaken, the local wind strength has generally decreased. However, there are still occasional gales on high ground. The Observatory will continue to closely monitor the situation.

在 下 午 7 時 ， 颱 風  魚 集 結 在 香 港 以 東 約 440 公 里 ， 即 在 北 緯 22.1 度 ， 東 經 118.4 度 附 近 ， 預 料 向 北 移 動 ， 時 速 約 12 公 里 ， 逐 漸 靠 近 福 建 沿 岸 。

隨 著  魚 強 度 繼 續 減 弱 ， 本 港 的 風 力 已 經 普 遍 下 降 ， 但 高 地 仍 間 中 吹 烈 風 。 天 文 台 會 繼 續 密 切 監 察 情 況 。
