Dear Colleagues,

Further to my letter of 27 October, 1997 I would like to invite you to the Inaugural Meeting of the Hong Kong EPR/ESR Users' Group. The Meeting is intended as a 'getting-acquainted' informal meeting for all people in Hong Kong who are active EPR/ESR researchers and/or have an interest in applications of the EPR/ESR techniques. After the Meeting we can go for lunch together. The proposed Agenda and a Reply Form is attached. All colleagues will be given an opportunity to give a short informal talk on their research interests and present/future activities.

Since most of respondents have indicated as the most suitable timing January 1998 and Saturday as the day of the week, I propose to meet on
