Symposium Information

Symposium Administration & Registration Desk:

The Registration Desk will be open on Saturday (Oct. 30) 08:30-21:30 at Lobby of Lily Hotel. After 21:30 move to Rm. 106^# of Lily Hotel.
Participants have any problems, please contact with us at Rm. 106^# any time during Symposium (from 08:30 am of Oct. 30 to 18:30 of Nov. 5, 1999).

Communications:

Please add your name and Pre-registration Number.

E-mail or Fax Sent: "Business Center" of Lily Hotel will service for you.
Post Office: Located at out side of Main Gate of Campus (Refer Map). For out-going mail, stamps may be purchased from Lily shop, bookshop or post office. (Airmail, first 10 g: RMB? 5.40 for anywhere out of China; RMB? 2.00 for Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan; RMB? 0.80 for anywhere of China main land.)
Money Exchange: There is "Bank of China" at out side of Main Gate of Campus (Refer Map) Monday to Friday, 09:00-16:30; or Reception Desk of Lily Hotel any time (24 hour).

City Tour:

"China Hangzhou Overseas Tourist Co." (OTC) will organize this City Tour. The tour expanse has been covered in Registration Fee.
By the way, OTC will man a desk in the Registration area for handling all matters relating to travels including the accompanying person's program & conformation returning airline flights, etc. Please contact them if you have any questions concerning tours.

Food:

Mixing Dinner (Saturday evening), Reception Dinner (Sunday evening) and Symposium Banquet (Thursday evening) are covered by your Registration Fee. There are 5 Lunch (from Sunday to Thursday) and 3 supper (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday) would be offered, when you pay US$ 60 separate fee. You have to show your Name Badge together with Meal Ticket, when you enter Dinning Hall.

Name Badges:

Participants are kindly requested to wear their Symposium name badges throughout the Symposium. The Badges are required for admission to lectures and other sessions, including all Social Events. Name badges are classified as follows:
