Bookings of sports and recreational facilities by student or staff groups for competition or training course may be made up to 2 months in advance with completed application form. |

Casual booking may be made at the Amenities & Sports Complex Service Counter up to one week in advance during opening hours.
Booking of the Physical Fitness Room can only be made on the day of use at the Amenities & Sports Complex Service Counter. Only HKIEd Physical Fitness Room eligible users are allowed to book and use the room.
Booking must be made in person and users must produce their valid HKIEd ID cards when bookings are made. Telephone bookings will not be accepted, except for HKIEd Sports Club members. |
