2011

WasteWi$e label

The Hong Kong Institute of Education was awarded the Excellence Class of WasteWi$e label of the Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence (HKAEE) issued by the Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC) in 2011.

 

Quality Water Recognition

The Hong Kong Institute of Education acquired the Certificate of Quality Water under the Fresh Water Plumbing Quality Maintenance Recognition Scheme organized by the Water Supplies Department in May 2011.

 

2010

WasteWi$e label

The Hong Kong Institute of Education obtained the Good Class of WasteWi$e label of the Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence (HKAEE) issued by the Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC) in 2010.

Safety Performance Award

The Hong Kong Institute of Education was granted the Certificate of Participation in Safety Performance Award at the 9th Hong Kong Occupational Safety and Health Award in 2010.

 

2009

Safety Performance Award

The Hong Kong Institute of Education won the Safety Performance Award in Other Category of the Hong Kong OSH Award in 2009.

Indoor Air Quality Certificate

The Hong Kong Institute of Education obtained the Excellent Class of the Indoor Air Quality Certificate issued by the Business Environment Council Limited (BEC) – IAQ Solutions Centre in November 2009.

The Hong Kong Institute of Education has co-organized with Asia Pacific Green Lighting Institute for "Green Lighting for All" Competition in June 2008.

Hong Kong Energy Efficiency Awards

The Hong Kong Institute of Education won the Silver Award in the Tertiary Institutions Sub-category of the Hong Kong Energy Efficiency Awards organized by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) in 2006.

 

Best Managed Facility Award

The Hong Kong Institute of Education won the Gold Award for the Best Managed Facility in the category of Other Facility by the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management Limited in 2004
