Hence as part of a spiral curriculum, this course will build upon students’ prior knowledge on the fundaments of classroom management and prepare students to manage their classrooms creatively by expanding their set of professional skills and knowledge to a variety of creative research-driven approaches and key concepts pertinent to classroom management in contemporary classrooms. Students from various disciplines will receive ample opportunities to critically analyse classroom management issues and strategies through in-depth reflective inquiries, as well as to learn, adapt and create innovative classroom management strategies as a learning community. Students in this course will receive abundant professional exposure, hands-on experience and insights into how classroom dynamics can be effectively managed through alternative innovative strategies.
