Participants will learn the effects of hearing disorders on speech, language, literacy, communication, academic, psychosocial developments, academic achievements, and employment. Participants will understand the roles of aided hearing, vision, signing, and hearing prosthesis in the re/habilitation of hearing disorders. They will learn different models of assessment and intervention for individuals with hearing disorders.
