It aims to enhance students’ competencies in catering for classroom diversity. Students will learn the principles and policy of integrated education in Hong Kong, understand the four types of special education needs, including Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD), Physical Disability (PD), Visual Impairment (VI) and Hearing Impairment (HI), and acquire the related supporting strategies and skills under The 3 Tier Support Model, and develop a caring, understanding, supportive and positive attitude and a respect for diverse needs of children in all school settings.
