Module Code 單元編號 COU4032 Module Title 單元名稱 NEGOTIATION AND CONFLICT MANAGEMENT Module Synopsis 單元概要 This course introduces theories and practices of negotiation and conflict management among parties with differing objectives and desires in the context of an organization in general and in particular in that of community service. It aims to equip participants with both sound knowledge and effective practical skills in conflict resolution. The course covers conflict management as a first party and as a third party in difficult situations. Participants are expected to analyze, understand and address various forms of conflict. They are also required to apply and practice certain counselling micro-skills for structured resolutions with role-playing simulations that cover a range of topics.
