Quiet Room

| General Information |
Located at B4-P-01, the Quiet Room is available for use by HKIEd Students and Staff for individual meditation and for group activities that are consistent with the vision and mission of CRSE.

| Opening Hours |
Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m
Saturday:9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon |
| Use of the Room |
| Individual Use |
| User must check in by placing his/her student card or staff card on the Access Control Reader installed outside the room. |

| Group Use |
| Booking can be made 3 days in advance via the CRSE office. The booking must be made in the name of a department, an academic or administrative unit,or student body. Each group can book a maximum of 2 sessions (1 hour per session). Reservations will be taken on a first-come-first-served basis |

| Important Notes for Users |
| Shoes |
—Shoes should be taken off and put on the shelves outside the Quiet Room.
|
| Mobile Phones and Pagers |
—Mobile phones and pagers must be switched off in the Quiet Room.
|
| Food, Drinks and Cigarettes |
—Eating, Drinking and Smoking are not allowed in the Quiet Room.
|
| Lockers |
—Use of lockers requires registration in the CRSE office.
|
| Room Furniture |
—Under no circumstances should furniture be taken out of the Quiet Room.
|
| Personal Belongings |
| —Users should not leave any valuable personal belongings in the Quiet Room. |
—CRSE will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
