一、自我介紹 參與教育工作十多年，曾在大學及中學的環境裡，引領學生追尋科學知識、學習探究技巧、參與公民及生命教育。每當看見學生反思所學，帶着批判的精神面對學習時，便感滿足。 在自身的學習歷程中，最喜歡專題探究的學習模式。在探究的過程中，由已知發現未知，從零亂走入有序，由問題到達答案(儘管是暫時的答案)，成功感便伴着汗水出現。 帶着這些經歷，來到這裡，加入教院的團隊，希望能協助中學的同工，跨過一些難關，達成他們的教學理想及目標。
二、教學及研究範疇 教學範疇： 曾於中學任教高年級的物理及數學與统計和初中的綜合科學及數學。 於香港科技大學任職時，曾指導一及三年級生的實驗學習活動。
研究範疇（曾參與之學術活動）： Semiconductor Physics, Physics education, Textbook Evaluation, School-based Curriculum Development.
Study on Extended Learning Activities Conducted in English in Chinese-medium Schools in Hong Kong - This investigation, commissioned by EDB, is conducted with a view to identifying good practices in extended learning and developing the necessary teaching materials for dissemination of those practices to Chinese medium schools in Hong Kong.
An Evaluation of Physics Textbooks for Hong Kong Secondary 4 and 5 Students with Research-based Criteria - The research, as an MEd project, adopted a research-based criteria to study the quality of Physics Textbooks for Hong Kong Secondary 4 and 5 Students.
Pilot Project for Investigative Study- A curriculum and assessment development project organized by HKUST and EMB for S.4 Physics students.
