Partnership in Field Experience

Any school that takes in at least 6 HKIEd student-teachers for their teaching practice/ school attachment and assigns a Supporting Teacher to each student-teacher, is eligible to become a partnership school of SPFEO. Each partnership school can:

Use student teachers as additional manpower resources to release one's in-service teachers for school-based planning, curriculum reform projects, peer classroom observation and so on. HKIEd tutors can also be invited to support projects in the school.

send a teacher to attend a two-week mentoring course
¡½
further develop staff in terms of mentoring and conferencing skills, build up peer observation, professional dialogues and a mutually-supportive culture.
¡½
be granted two reader cards of the HKIEd library
¡½
enjoy the priority of having SPFEO¡¦s professional support services. The relevant arrangement and service rate is negotiable.
