Welcome to the International Office (IO). We offer advice and services to students and staff of the Hong Kong Institute of Education (HKIEd). We advocate, facilitate and coordinate HKIEd’s international education endeavours, and serve as the principal stimulus and resource centre for the promotion and implementation of international education activities.
The IO reflects the Institute's strategic vision and commitment to international education and global relationships with international higher education partners. Our primary responsibilities are to foster, maintain, and enhance linkages with international and Mainland tertiary institutions in the areas of language immersion, student exchange, study abroad and study tours, to promote the Institute’s programmes, and to recruit non-local students.
