Shortlisted applicants who are invited to attend an admission interview / test will be notified by email. Some applicants may be given a direct offer. An applicant who has not been invited to an interview shall not assume that he/ she is not being considered for admission.

Successful applicants of postgraduate programmes will receive individual notifications by post/ email. Applicants are strongly advised to check their personal email frequently.

Notes to Non-local Applicants:

The Greater China Affairs Office (GCA) or International Office (IO) will send student visa application materials to the Immigration Department of the HKSAR for processing. It normally takes around 6 to 8 weeks to complete the process. Please read through the "Important Notes for Fee Payment and Visa Application" (Chinese version and English version) and complete the Application Form for Entry for Study in Hong Kong ID 995A (10/2008) (A sample in Chinese is attached for reference). GCA or IO will send the student visa to the applicant directly.


Application for Change of Subject /Programme/ Mode of Study:

Normally, students are not allowed to make changes to their subject/ programme/ mode of study once they have accepted the admission offer. If you wish to apply for changes thereafter, you are required to complete an application form and pay a non-refundable application fee of HK$50.
